Although we are open to all cultures and religions, we do not promote any religion even if we offer yoga, tai chi/qigong and meditation classes. However, we find within the company, a spiritual and inclusive atmosphere of every human in all its forms, culture and sexual orientation.

Good nutrition remains essential. Your training performance and energy level are linked to your diet. We advocate lifestyle changes by replacing the bad ones with good ones. Bio3Fitness’ mission is to inspire, motivate and guide clients through a permanent healthy lifestyle. Restrictive diets can traumatize your body. As soon as you start eating normally again, your body immediately stores these extra calories as fat. This creates a “yo-yo” effect. Our goal is to use our coaching expertise to introduce you to a healthy, balanced, complete and sustainable diet. We also give recommendations on how to prepare balanced meals.

With the assistance of a competent professional, physical training will be developed taking into account the injured region, tolerance in a sitting position, tolerance in a standing position and walking. Consideration of painful symptoms is also essential in order to make training both effective and enjoyable. Humans are designed to be in motion. When the pain is present during training, it must be taken into account and you must continue to move without making it worse.

This constant and high-intensity variety can create several benefits for your cardiovascular health while modifying your body composition. Otherwise, a repetitive program may be useful if you are training for a specific event (for example a marathon or a particular race), but this program should be updated regularly. It is not recommended to repeat the same program for more than 4 weeks.
