Bootcamp classes are a high-energy program that combinesthebenefitsof one-on-one personal fitness training with the motivation of working in a group. The classes can be lots of fun and are highly effective at torching away hundreds of calories and toning your muscles.

The program is for all levels of fitness, it works for the beginner and the professional athlete and anyone who wants to rejuvenate his or her fitness routine.

What can you expect from aBio3 Fitness Bootcamp?
A certified personal fitness trainer usually conducts the high- energy program. Class size varies from 10 to 20 participants and fitness assessments are usually performed at the beginning and end of each program to gauge fitness improvements and to determine intensity levels of the exercises. You can expect many exercises such as chin-ups, core training, squat jumps, balance training, boxing, dead lifts and interval training… we like to mix it up!
