Health at All Costs in Coach Dee’s Virtual Office

The gift of life is more precious when paired with health.

Being a health and wellness life coach remains my passion because I deeply appreciate the gift of life. My professional expertise drives me to share this passion by guiding committed individuals toward improving their quality of life through optimal physical and mental health. Let’s be honest: what would life be like without health? How would our daily routines unfold with this existential limitation? Upon reflection, it would be like receiving an expensive gift we can’t fully unwrap to enjoy.

To me, and likely to you as well, health is a luxurious gift that enriches our journey, while illness robs us of our human experience. That said, our overall health is our responsibility—mind, body, and soul. Our thoughts, emotions, and actions either deplete or enrich our perceptions and experiences. Unfortunately, time is finite, and its countdown accelerates or slows down depending on our lifestyle choices. What if we took charge and made an effort to extend both the quantity and quality of our life’s journey? Imagine feeling that rare sense of satisfaction and peace, saying to yourself each day:
“I thought, felt, and did everything I could to live my best life before the end.”

It saddens me to realize how appearances and prestige often overshadow our overall health and inner peace in North American society. Our modern, consumption-driven culture erodes our deeper values of health. Succumbing to this social pressure, many of us make unhealthy choices that conflict with the vibrant life we truly desire.

As 2025 approaches, it’s time for most of us to say “no” to what impoverishes our journey and “yes” to what enriches it. Let our resolutions for the new year spark a positive revolution in our lives and in the lives of those we care about. Life is a gift and remains our greatest emotional treasure. Let’s finally take action and inspire others to make wise choices aligned with their ideal lives.

Here is the brief, inspiring story of Luc, who dared to take the first step toward his health and wellness goals.


Luc’s Story: A First Step Toward Health Transformation

I met Luc in my virtual office. He’s a dynamic and ambitious entrepreneur with a keen sense of style. He’s passionate about the challenges of entrepreneurship, and his clients are extremely satisfied with his services, reflecting the success of his business. Luc is proud of his achievements. However, a lack of sleep and long working hours have begun to take a toll. At the end of a long day, Luc feels drained and only wants to collapse on the couch to relax.

This new habit unsettles him, as he’s spent most of his life staying active, with an athletic body reflecting his efforts. Sadly, everything changed when he became self-employed. Luc is disappointed that he’s fallen into unhealthy habits. He feels embarrassed by his inactivity, and his tight clothes serve as a constant reminder of his sedentary lifestyle.

At a mental health fundraising event, Luc felt extremely frustrated when he couldn’t button the jacket of his favorite suit. Determined to regain his vitality and athletic body, Luc decided to give himself a gift and emailed @Bio3Fitness to schedule a consultation and begin his physical transformation. Just as with his business, Luc is motivated to succeed in his health goals with our help.

During our consultation, Luc shared the challenges of his sedentary lifestyle and poor body composition, which he wanted to improve. Based on his specific situation, I recommended a semi-private training plan: morning training sessions between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m., where he’d be paired with other early-rising entrepreneurs facing similar realities. As a specialist in physical transformation with nutritional recommendations, I would guide Luc through weekly virtual coaching to help him get closer to the athletic physique he once had. Additionally, one of my trainers would supervise his morning sessions to ensure the quality of his efforts and progress.

Luc was excited about the strategy. He would start the following week, combined with his new meal plan. I’m thrilled to have met Luc.
