Do you hear your soul speaking to you?

The start of the school year is often synonymous with renewal, a new start or the pursuit of bigger goals. And you, where are you?

Many people know they have an inner strength that guides them. This force is intuition. Through our steps, our intuition guides us. We are free to listen to it or not, but it is there for us at all times. It is an energy that is present at all times but whether one chooses to listen or not.

According to Wikipedia, the soul is defined as the vital and spiritual principle, immanent or transcendent, which would animate the body of a living being (human, animal, plant).

For Bio3fitness, the meaning of soul can be defined as follows: Using our vital energy and intuition to guide us in fulfilling our life mission in order to make a difference in our life and with the people around us.

Our daily routine, multitasking, managing quick decisions and multiples: ‘’ I would like to but I don’t have the time ’’, are very much a part of our lives although it may contradict our values. This repetitive management, often an excuse to stop and take care of yourself, can help decrease the energy of the soul that lives in each of us. We just need to find this vital energy in order to be more ourselves every day. This energy is rediscovered when we choose to take a break and create inner silence. Yes, yes, this soothing silence … not a shopping list of everything you have to do ;-) This sweet silence creates a place for the soul which will subsequently manifest itself to allow the true self to resurface. Being yourself, without a mask, without a filter… What do you think? What if you knew it would bring you better overall health, would you?

Now, each and everyone has a mission in life. By accomplishing this mission, you re-energize your soul, so at the same time, you re-energize your health.

As a Reiki master & professional life coach, here are 5 ways to revive your health by letting your soul speak:

  1. Meditate: Take a moment each day to recharge your batteries and to think of NOTHING! To meditate is to create emptiness within in order to better hear the messages that our soul sends to us.
  2. Rest: A rested mind and body allow the soul to resurface in its essence and let itself be heard.
  3. Learn to manage your stress: Stress can confuse your body and your mind. Remove that fog preventing you from seeing, increase your inner vision and reconnect with your soul. The mind-body and soul alignment will be felt.
  4. Take advantage of the present moment: Each moment represents an infinity of small moments that can be appreciated. To become aware of each of these moments is also to become aware of our inner world.
  5. Inspire yourself: There is certainly someone around you who meditates, who knows the energy centers of the soul and who knows how to take advantage of the present moment. If not, you can read up on the subject.

Be aware of your inner power … that which your soul gives you and which will allow you to revive your health!
